Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please review this information carefully to ensure everything is accurate. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Approval

Once paintings are finished, we will send photos of finished paintings for approval before shipping. Please check and confirm as soon as you get the email. If need any adjustments on the paintings, please let us know as soon as you can.

Shipping:

We offer fast and reliable shipping on all our products. Orders are shipped once paintings are approved and dried. The delivery time is 5-7 business days via Fedex or UPS.  Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address location and the weight of the package.

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return any unopened item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and in new condition to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning paintings.
